Cancellation policy

Some products in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. Here’s how you can change or cancel these purchases, and what to expect along the way.


Subscriptions

When you sign up for a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the schedule you choose.

  • Your payment details are stored securely and charged per delivery, unless you’ve paid upfront.
  • Some subscriptions renew automatically. If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel anytime before the next charge.
  • To make changes or cancel, just follow the link in your order confirmation email or log into your account.
  • If a delivery’s already been dispatched, cancellation will apply to future shipments only.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders let you secure products that are out of stock or coming soon.

  • We might take full payment, a deposit, or simply store your payment method until the item’s ready.
  • You can cancel any unfulfilled pre-order at no cost.
  • Once your order’s been dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible — but you can still request a refund under our Returns Policy.
  • If there’s a delay of more than 30 days, we’ll get in touch and give you the option to cancel or keep waiting.
