Shipping

Aussie Coffee Roasters understand that when you order a product, you are excited and eager to receive it, so we aim to dispatch our orders on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. All orders are guaranteed to be dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving the purchase order, unless the order is placed over the weekend in which case it will be dispatched on Monday. 

At Aussie Coffee Roasters, we take pride in providing the freshest coffee possible. We roast our coffee daily and pack it right here in Perth to ensure optimal freshness in every bag.

Plus, we're excited to offer FREE shipping on all orders within Australia, no matter the weight!

If you prefer express post, the rates will be provided by Sendle (approximately A$15, more or less). 

We use Sendle for our deliveries. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 working days for the Perth metro area and 5-10 days for other Australian states.

All orders come with tracking. If you haven't received your order within 14 days of purchase, please reach out to our managing director Michael at michael@aussiecoffeeroasters.com.au. He'll help track your order and ensure it gets to you as soon as possible. 

Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to love every sip of your coffee and tea. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it better.

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Because we carefully roast and pack each coffee beans fresh, we cannot accept returns for change of mind purchases. But if you’ve received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we’re happy to help!

As part of the return process, we’ll ask for a photo and video to help us assess the issue quickly.

To start a return, please email us at michael@aussiecoffeeroasters.com.au. Customers handle return shipping costs.

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We take great care in crafting and shipping your order, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away. If the issue is due to the courier, we’ll assess the situation first and may provide store credit for a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods, such as moringa tea, and cold brew concentrates.
  • We also do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We prioritise exchanges and store credit to help you get the perfect product.

Exchanges are available in these cases:

  • If a batch of coffee or tea products is faulty, we’ll send a replacement.
  • If a courier issue caused the problem, we’ll first assess the situation before sending a new order. In such cases, we issue store credit, which can be used for a replacement purchase.

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Refunds (Only When Necessary)

Refunds are only issued if an exchange or store credit isn’t possible. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.

All refunds and replacements are issued at the discretion of Aussie Coffee Roasters Management. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Refunds, if any, will be provided in Australian dollars and for the amount of the original order. T&Cs apply.
