Delivery was bit late however the taste of coffee is good enough to enjoy at home. I used hand grinder to test on machine and stove top espresso such as moka pot. The bean is a little bit close to dark roast so it is very suitable for latte but I have a question about the hand drip or cold brew.
Overall, this bean is fresh and nice.

Sidamo has a very delicate taste. No bitterness, no acidic taste. Medium roast is excellent with a pleasant sweet backtaste .

Purchased as gift for friend, not opened as yet, happy with choice of coffee and delivery
